Ryan Murray is a Project Specialist at the Central Indiana Educational Service Center (CIESC), a leading educational service agency serving over 30 member districts and thousands of educators across Indiana. At CIESC, Ryan leads regional initiatives focused on professional development, instructional equity, and innovative learning design.
With nearly 15 years of experience in K–12 education, Ryan has served as a classroom teacher, dean of students, instructional leader, and adjunct faculty member at Indiana University Indianapolis. His work includes co-developing professional learning courses for IU Expand, implementing inclusive intervention models like Math Studio, and presenting statewide on equity-focused practices.
Ryan was recently selected to serve as a regional AI trainer through the AESA/CoSN national initiative. In this role, he supports school districts in building organizational readiness for AI implementation and aligning innovation with instructional and operational goals. He is deeply committed to inclusive education and meaningful, future-focused support for educators.
