I am a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience focused on driving innovation and transformation through the strategic application of technology. As Chief Technology Officer for Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, I lead initiatives that empower students, staff, and the broader community, ensuring technology is not just implemented but meaningfully enables success.

My work centers on building secure, scalable, and student-centered ecosystems, including leading one of the largest 1:1 Chromebook programs in the country and advancing cybersecurity frameworks that protect and support digital learning.

Throughout my career, spanning global enterprises, military operations, and public service, I have consistently delivered outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments by aligning technology with mission and impact.

I hold an MBA and multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, PMP, and CETL, and I actively share insights at national conferences and through publications. I am deeply passionate about helping organizations and the people they serve realize what’s possible when innovation and purpose come together.
