Rory Gaydos, CETL

Rory Gaydos is a seasoned IT leader with over 25 years of experience in education and public sector technology. He currently serves as Director of Information Technology at the Delaware Area Career Center, where he leads IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data systems across a multi-campus Career and Technical Education (CTE) district. Rory is a Certified Education Technology Leader (CETL) and active member of the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN), reflecting his commitment to excellence in K–12 technology leadership. He also co-leads the district’s Innovation Committee, supporting forward-thinking projects that enhance innovation throughout the district. Under his leadership, DACC has implemented a district-wide LMS, strengthened cybersecurity practices, and modernized core systems. His past roles at The Ohio State University and in local government demonstrate his expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and cross-sector collaboration. Rory is dedicated to using technology as a catalyst for student success and institutional growth.
