Jennifer Fry is the Chief Technology Officer for Delaware City Schools, overseeing operational and instructional technology. Jen has earned her CETL (Certified Educational Technology Leader) and CCRE (Certified Cybersecurity Rubric Evaluator). Delaware City Schools is a CoSN Trusted Learning Environment Seal Recipient. Jen is a member of ETLA (EdTech Leaders Alliance), and former Chair of the Ohio CoSN Chapter. She has previously held leadership and teaching positions in Westerville City Schools, TRECA Digital Academy and Columbus Public Schools. She has a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design and Technology from The Ohio State University, and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Ohio Dominican University.
