AI in TSD - Shaping the Future of Learning Together

As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into K–12 education, district leaders face the critical task of guiding thoughtful and strategic implementation. This session will explore how our Teaching and Learning and Innovative Technology Services team partnered to create a comprehensive journey to develop an AI framework that advances teaching and learning—while prioritizing equity, innovation, and the responsible use of digital tools and data.

We will share our process from initial vision to implementation, including how we:
* Engaged diverse stakeholders to build shared understanding and support
* Designed targeted professional development to build staff capacity
* Evaluated and adopted secure, innovative AI tools aligned with instructional priorities
* highlighting key challenges, solutions, and lessons learned

Attendees will:
* Gain practical insights and actionable strategies to guide their own district initiatives
* Receive resources including guidance for staff, students and parents
