    Jill Brown, Ph.D. is the Director of Professional Learning. She joined CoSN in April 2021 and oversees all of CoSN’s online learning programs. Jill has a BA in Elementary Education and Mathematics, an MA in Curriculum and Instruction from New Mexico State University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from the University of New Mexico.

    Jill is a distinguished leader in the field of educational technology, and she is recognized nationwide for her contributions. She leads transformative initiatives and creates impactful professional development opportunities for EdTech professionals throughout the United States. Dr. Brown brings a wealth of experience, teaching students and educators from pre-kindergarten through graduate levels in diverse settings, including online and in-person. Her career includes several high-profile leadership roles in educational technology, where she has consistently driven innovation and excellence.
