Building on the success of CoSN’s Women in IT Breakfast, this session creates space for all participants to explore leadership, inclusion, and professional growth in K–12 technology. Attendees will engage in authentic conversations about sustaining themselves while leading through change, balancing professional growth with personal well-being, and addressing systemic challenges facing women in IT leadership. Resources, strategies, and peer insights will support participants in strengthening their leadership practice and building community.
