Nick Crosby, President of iResQ and retired U.S. Army officer, leads a nationally recognized electronic device repair organization headquartered in Olathe, Kansas. He applies a disciplined, process-driven leadership approach focused on quality, accountability, and operational excellence.
Under his direction, iResQ has expanded its national footprint, supporting K-12 institutions, commercial clients, and insurance partners with reliable, high-volume repair services. The organization has developed advanced capabilities in board-level repair, micro-soldering, and device lifecycle management, supported by a robust asset management and tracking platform.
Mr. Crosby’s military background in training and development led to the creation of a Chromebook repair curriculum now implemented within educational environments to extend device lifecycle, reduce costs, and prepare students for industry-recognized certifications. Additional training programs are currently in development to further support workforce readiness and technical skill development.
