Jason Schoenleber is Senior Director of Product Management at Follett Software, where he leads the Technology and Facilities product portfolios serving K–12 school districts across the country. His work centers on unifying IT asset management, help desk, and facilities management into a cohesive, workflow-driven platform experience designed for the operational realities of district teams — from technicians managing device fleets to custodial staff fielding work orders on mobile devices in the field.
Before Follett, Jason held product leadership roles at Frontline Education, where he managed a portfolio of products supporting K–12 human capital and workforce operations. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Forecast5 Analytics, progressing from client-facing advisory roles into product management.
Across his career, Jason has focused on a consistent theme: taking complex, often manual operational workflows in education and turning them into practical, adoptable software that district staff actually use. He brings a particular interest in how AI and cross-domain data can move K–12 operations from reactive to proactive — reducing misrouted tickets, surfacing maintenance patterns, and giving district leaders visibility they've never had before.
Jason holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of South Dakota. He lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three children.
