Terri Webb is a high-impact EdTech strategist dedicated to scaling purposeful innovation in K–12 education. As Manager III of Instructional Technology for the DeKalb County School District, she leads enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives for one of Georgia’s largest districts—driving districtwide instructional and operational impact while bridging strategic priorities with equitable, classroom-level success.

Recognized for her expertise at the intersection of leadership development and instructional technology, Terri has been featured in Tech & Learning publications and is a frequent speaker at premier conferences, including CoSN, Ed Exec Summit, ISTE, FETC, and GaETC. She is the architect of expanding IGNITE U, a sustained, 10-year districtwide technology integration professional learning series that builds educator capacity through personalized, outcomes-driven pathways aligned to system goals.

Terri’s leadership extends beyond the district through partnerships with organizations such as Adobe, ClassDojo, Georgia Tech Explorer’s Guild, Microsoft, and Morehouse College—advancing 21st-century readiness among educators, future leaders, and executive teams alike.

Whether advising EdTech organizations on product–market alignment or coaching district and executive leaders through systemic change, Terri brings clarity, energy, and a results-driven approach to every engagement. Grounded in her mantra, “Let’s take it to the next level,” she equips leaders with practical strategies and sustainable systems that transform instructional challenges into catalysts for equitable access, growth, and student achievement.
