Cynthia Fajardo is the Coordinator IV of the Employee Business Training Department within the Technology and Information System Services Division (TISS) of the Clark County School District (CCSD). She leads the development and delivery of digital training, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and virtual workshops, using methods such as presentations, group activities, and interactive elements. She also manages the Enterprise Learning Management System (ELMS), overseeing user accounts, compliance training, and the tracking of learning content for all CCSD staff and contractors.
With over 25 years in education, Mrs. Fajardo has extensive experience as a high school and adult education teacher, specializing in technology courses. She has taught both in-person and online, with a strong focus on adult learning and professional development. Her background includes roles as a teacher, administrator, curriculum developer, professional development specialist, and technology coordinator. She holds a Master’s degree in both Educational Technology and Educational Leadership.
