Anthony Padrnos is a visionary leader and innovative educator redefining how technology drives learning and systems transformation in K–12 education. With over 15 years of experience as a teacher, coach, administrator, and executive, he currently serves as Executive Director of Technology for Osseo Area Schools. A recognized authority in digital strategy, cybersecurity, and instructional technology, Anthony has been featured in EdTech Magazine and is a sought-after speaker at national and state-level conferences, including CoSN, MASA and MinnSPRA. He has presented with the Learning Counsel and is known for delivering insights that inspire action. Anthony was honored with MASA’s Central Office Leadership Award and inducted into CoSN’s 2025 Volunteer Hall of Fame for his service and influence in edtech strategy.
