Johan Madrigal, CCTO, is a highly accomplished leader in educational technology with over two decades of experience spanning all levels of education. As the founder and board member of the CoSN CA Chapter, he's dedicated to advancing technology in education.

In his current role as Director of Technology Learning & Support Services at the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE), Johan provides executive leadership for Desktop Support, Helpdesk, Cybersecurity, and EdTech & Innovation. He plans and directs technology support and develops and implements technology programs for learning. He's also adept at deploying large-scale infrastructure and managing complex networks, notably spearheading the deployment of new infrastructure for online distance learning during the pandemic.

Johan holds an MBA, a BS in Business Management, and an AS in Network Administration and Security. He is also ITIL Certified and a Certified Chief Technology Officer (CCTO).
