Evangelina (Eva) Rodriguez is the Chief Information Technology Officer for San Antonio ISD, where she leads technology strategy and innovation to support student learning . With over a decade of experience in educational technology leadership, she has driven large-scale initiatives in digital equity, cybersecurity, and infrastructure modernization, ensuring students and staff have reliable access to tools that foster success.

Beyond her district leadership, Evangelina serves on the Board of Directors for the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN), where she influences national conversations on the future of educational technology.
