Leveraging her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, she expertly executes large district-wide initiatives and successfully streamlines workflows for the entire technology department. Her core responsibilities involve strategically directing efforts to integrate technology seamlessly into the curriculum, optimize digital systems and processes, and design district-wide professional development that empowers staff.
Additionally, this role oversees the implementation of generative AI across the district, driving initiatives to significantly raise AI awareness and literacy among all staff and students. Her team also leads the data analysis and dashboard creation for campuses and departments, enabling effective data-driven instruction and operational insights. Furthermore, she directs the district's growing esports program, utilizing it as a platform to engage students and develop critical 21st-century skills.
