Rachel Gorton, Ed.S, CETL, CCRE, is the Director of Technology for ISD191 in MN, where she focuses on leveraging technology to revolutionize education and safely expand opportunities for all students. She is also the Board Chair of the CoSN MN state chapter with a focus on supporting effective K12 education technology leadership in Minnesota and nationally. With a background in teaching, curriculum coordination, and technology integration, Rachel brings a dynamic skillset to her roles. She is a problem-solver and analyst who excels at crafting efficient, secure, and continuously evolving systems. Her seasoned project and technology systems management expertise drives increasing efforts in K12 cybersecurity. Beyond her professional life, Rachel possesses an adventurous spirit, having lived in Japan and the Czech Republic, and continues to seek new experiences through travel, insatiable curiosity, and a steadfast commitment to personal and professional growth.
