Dr. Brian Graham is a veteran educational leader currently starting his tenth year as Superintendent of the Grand Island Central School District in Western New York. With over 39 years in public education—including 16 years as a special education teacher—Dr. Graham brings a practitioner’s lens to leadership, innovation, and equity.
A recognized early adopter of artificial intelligence in education, Dr. Graham has introduced tools like Khanmigo, ChatGPT Advanced Voice Mode, Claude, Gemini, Replit and NotebookLM to enhance instruction, streamline operations, and personalize learning across his district. He serves on the External Advisory Board for the National AI Institute for Exceptional Education at the University at Buffalo, helping shape the future of inclusive, tech-integrated classrooms.
In addition to his leadership in public education, Dr. Graham is a national speaker, podcast host, and author, currently writing The Future of Artificial Intelligence: Emerging Technologies and Trends in Education. His work champions a vision of AI not as a gimmick, but as a strategic partner in creating joyful, effective, and future-ready schools.
